== Acquisition by K2 Inc. == === 2004 acquisition === On '''19 April 2004''', '''[[K2 Inc.]]''' acquired substantially all the assets of Worr Game Products Inc. and All-Cad Manufacturing Inc.[5] The acquisition was documented in filings submitted to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The transaction included cash and shares of K2 common stock. The WGP business became part of K2's Action Sports segment. K2 already owned several paintball brands, including Brass Eagle, JT USA and Viewloader. The acquisition expanded K2's presence in premium paintball markers. === Transaction value === K2's public filings reported an aggregate purchase price for several acquisitions completed during the same period. However, the publicly reported combined figures included businesses other than Worr Game Products. They should not be treated as the standalone purchase price of WGP. The precise individual valuation of the WGP and All-Cad assets is not established by the cited aggregate figures. === Continued leadership === Orr continued to hold a senior role in the WGP business following the acquisition. In December 2004, K2 announced the consolidation of WGP and JT USA operations. Contemporary reporting identified Orr as president of the combined operation.[6] The consolidation brought sales, distribution and other business functions together at WGP's Corona facility. The change was intended to improve efficiency and simplify ordering for paintball dealers. The initial consolidation was scheduled to take effect during early 2005.
