In October 2009, Werdna Hol Sportz announced the '''Werdna Hol Cup v32''' at Tasik Idaman in Bangi. The announcement described it as a one-off tournament or league event divided across two weekends.[6]

The Amateur division was scheduled for 5 and 6 December, with the Open division scheduled for 12 and 13 December. Both divisions had an advertised registration fee of RM350 per team, including one box of paintballs.[6]
