=== Chicago Aftershock === Adamson joined Chicago Aftershock during the 1990s, becoming a prominent member of the team's championship-winning roster. By 1999, he was competing alongside [[Danny Love]], [[Mike Bruno]], [[Billy Ceranski]], Ryan Williams and Ronnie Simpkins. Contemporary rosters from the 1999 Skyball tournament in Toronto confirm his membership of the team.[6] Adamson served as Aftershock's captain during the 2001 [[National Professional Paintball League]] (NPPL) season. The team's official professional roster listed him as captain alongside players including Love, Bruno, Ceranski, [[Markus Nielsen]], [[Ralph Sotelo]] and [[Dan Holmes]].[7] Aftershock won the professional ten-player division at the 2001 NPPL Atlantic City Gambler's Open. The team subsequently secured the 2001 NPPL professional season championship, finishing ahead of its major rivals in the overall series standings.[8][9] In 2002, Aftershock won the professional ten-player division at the PSP Las Vegas Open. Contemporary reporting highlighted Adamson's performance during the semi-finals, including successful defensive situations against Avalanche and Bad Company.[10] Aftershock also won the professional ten-player championship at the [[2002 Paintball World Cup]] in Kissimmee, Florida. This was the final World Cup of the original NPPL professional ten-player era before the major tournament organisations expanded into seven-player and X-Ball competition.[11]
