Three Rivers Paintball and Team Effort Events
Krischke and her husband, Ryan Krischke, were closely associated with Three Rivers Paintball in Pennsylvania.

The facility was established in 1982 by Ryan Krischke and several associates as one of the early National Survival Game playing fields. Debra subsequently became involved in operating the business.[1]

Through Team Effort Events, she also promoted other paintball competitions, including the Spyder Cup, sponsored by Kingman International. The 2001 Spyder Cup was staged at Three Rivers Paintball and offered five cars as its principal tournament prize.[6]

Following the conclusion of the International Amateur Open, Krischke returned to paintball event promotion with the 2011 Paintball Festival and Business Conference, planned around recreational competition, industry education and scenario paintball.[3]
