=== Formation of the Ironmen ===

The original Ironmen emerged from Northern California's early competitive paintball community.

Its roster included players who subsequently became important figures in the sport.

Historical accounts identify members including:

* Bob Long
* Shane Pestana
* Marty Bush
* Dave Youngblood

Other players joined and departed during the team's development.

The original Ironmen should be distinguished from later organisations and rosters that competed under the Ironmen name.
