Editing Canyon Paintball (section)

== Historical significance ==

Canyon Paintball has been an established part of Malaysia's competitive paintball scene since at least the early 2010s.

The facility combines extensive recreational woodsball terrain with dedicated tournament paintball fields.

Its association with NXL Asia during 2018 and 2019 connected the venue with international tournament competition involving teams from across Asia and the Pacific.

Canyon Paintball subsequently supported the Malaysian X-Ball League and continued to provide tournament training facilities during the 2020s.

The venue has also served as the home field for established Malaysian teams, including Duckside, Wise Guys and Sakai.

Its continued recreational and competitive operations illustrate the importance of permanent commercial paintball facilities in supporting both grassroots participation and organised tournament paintball in Malaysia.
