Editing Raskal Malaysia (section)

=== Formation and early years ===

Raskal Malaysia reportedly originated in 2003 among a group of players who regularly played at [[Xtion Paintball]] in Sunway Xtreme Park, Malaysia.

A description published in May 2005 stated that the team had formed in 2003 and referred readers to its own website.[1]

The account provides evidence that the Raskal name was in use within Malaysian paintball more than a decade before the establishment of Raskal Sports Sdn Bhd.

The team developed during a period of growth in organised Malaysian paintball, when local fields and tournament organisers were establishing regular competitions and attracting international participation.

Xtion Paintball became an important location in this development, providing facilities for recreational players and competitive teams.
