United States trademark records identify Bad Boyz Toyz Incorporated, based in Lansing, Illinois, and document commercial use of the company name from 25 April 1990.[1] The company operated a retail business selling paintball markers, ammunition, compressed-gas equipment, loaders and accessories. Its retail activities also included skateboarding equipment and related products. The Better Business Bureau identifies Renick Miller as president of Bad Boyz Toyz Incorporated.[2]
