== Organisation == The WCPL operates through a collective of independent paintball tournament promoters. Each participating event has its own organiser, while the league coordinates common competition rules and formats.[3] Individuals identified by the WCPL as associated with its promotion include: * '''[[Fred Schultz]]''' β Former professional player, media personality and promoter associated with the California and Wisconsin Classic events. * '''Dan Colby''' β Paintball equipment developer associated with Air America and the Panhandle Classic. * '''Tim Schloss''' β Paintball industry veteran associated with Gateway Paintball and the Gateway Classic. * '''[[Jim Lively]]''' β Historical tournament promoter associated with the International Masters, Music City Open and Skyball, and organiser of the Gold Rush Classic. * '''Steve Preskill''' β Associated with the Panhandle Paintball tournament programme. * '''Bill Bailey''' β Listed among the league's event promoters. The official WCPL website maintains a directory of participating organisers.[9]
