== About This Collection == South America is an important part of WikiPaintball's long-term goal of documenting paintball history around the world. The collection covers all 12 sovereign South American countries and relevant territories, including recreational paintball, competitive teams, national and international tournaments, sporting organisations, commercial operators, equipment manufacturers and international participation. South America's historical connections with North America, Europe and other regions are also important areas of research. WikiPaintball is an independent historical preservation project, separate from any particular commercial paintball company, manufacturer, league or governing body. The collection is a work in progress. Some subjects have extensive surviving documentation, while others are known only through photographs, archived websites, tournament records or personal recollections. As new information becomes available, articles can be expanded, corrected and supported by additional references. Our aim is to build a lasting historical record recognising everyone who contributed to the development of paintball across South America. ---- WikiPaintball navigation: Home 路 Africa 路 Asia 路 Europe 路 North America 路 Oceania 路 All categories
