The Creed competed in the amateur division of the [[1998 Australian Seven-Player Paintball Championships]] at Yarramundi, New South Wales. Simon Morrison wrote the contemporary tournament report on behalf of the team and identified Barry Davies as its captain.[4]

The Creed defeated Acme and Onslaught during the preliminary round. It finished sixth in the amateur standings with 270 points and did not qualify for the finals.[4]

=== 1998 Victorian Three-Man Tournament ===

Entries named '''The Creed Black''' and '''The Creed Blue''' competed at the 1998 Victorian Three-Man Tournament at the Peninsular Paintball Club’s Frankston site.[2]
