			Paul “Spider” McKay reviewed Final Impact for ''NZ Paintball Online'' in 2004. He identified the playing venue as 46 Northway Street, Te Rapa, Hamilton, and named Hugo as the operator.[5]

			McKay described an indoor playing area with sawdust covering a concrete floor and movable barricades. Facilities included a lit communal area with seating, toilets, a developing shop area and an upstairs observation area screened with netting.[5]

			Players passed through a shipping container between the communal area and the playing area. The container housed the rental equipment, which included Spyder markers and thermal masks. The review stated that the venue catered for groups of one to twelve players.[5]
