New page

The '''2019 Asia Girls Paintball International Championship''' ('''AGPIC''') was the third edition of an all-female paintball competition organised in Singapore by the team behind the [[Singapore Paintball Series]]. The published programme scheduled AGPIC for 14 July 2019 at [[Red Dynasty Paintball Park]], The Cage Sports Park, 220 Turf Club Road.[1]

== Organisation ==
AGPIC formed part of a programme advertised for 13–14 July 2019, alongside separate one-on-one, under-23, seven-player and masters competitions.[1]

The organisers described AGPIC as an initiative to encourage women's participation in paintball and bring female players from across the region together.[1]

== Advertised format ==
The published format allowed five players on the field and team rosters of up to eight players. Games were scheduled for seven minutes with a mercy limit of two and a paint allowance of four pods per player.[1]

The competition permitted electronic markers and was open to female players of any nationality or playing division, subject to the programme's minimum participant age of 14.[1]

== Participation ==
In its review of 2019, published in the 2020 executive summary, the Singapore Paintball Series reported AGPIC participation of seven teams and more than 40 female players.[2]
