== Women's entry conditions ==

The association's women's league notice required teams to register, obtain identification cards and comply with INPL Division 2 rules. Teams also had to provide markers meeting the permitted velocity requirements.[2]

The reference to Division 2 specified the rules used for women's competition; the results report listed the women's event separately from the men's second division.[1][2]
