The '''2009 CPPS Round 3''' was the third round of the 2009 [[Central Premier Paintball Series]] season, held on 24 May 2009 at the Midland Tournament Paintball Centre in Penkridge. Incredibles won M5 Premiere League, Disruption won M7 Premiere League, and Rebellion won the three-man knockout competition.[1][2][4]

== Dates and formats ==

Balls Out Promotions advertised all three formats for 24 May. Five-man was scheduled for 9 a.m., X Ball for 1 p.m. and three-man for 1.30 p.m. These were advertised start times. Contemporary footage independently documents play on 24 May.[1][5]

== Results ==

=== M5 Premiere League ===

The organiser published these results on 26 May. Only preliminary games counted towards the series standings.[1][2]

The organiser's post names the final team “Ressurection”; a quoted copy in the following reply instead names Apocalypse. Both versions record four points. The table follows the current organiser post.[2]

The organiser explained that league points were awarded at three for a win, one for a draw and none for a loss. M7 point difference measured points scored minus points conceded; M5 used eliminations scored minus eliminations conceded.[3]

=== Three-man ===

The organiser published preliminary seeding scores on 2 June. All teams advanced to a knockout stage, which Rebellion won ahead of Aces. Evil Saints led the preliminary standings.[4]
