New page

The 2003 PSP Chicago Open was a paintball tournament held from 18 to 22 June 2003 at Maywood Park harness racing track in Illinois, United States. Organised by Paintball Sports Promotions (PSP), it featured five-player, ten-player and divisional X-Ball competition alongside National Xball League (NXL) matches.[1]

Venue and organisation
The tournament moved from Badlandz Paintball Field to Maywood Park for 2003. Playing fields occupied the grass infield, while the track accommodated vendors and team staging.[1]

PSP introduced the American Paintball Players Association player registration database at the event. Players registered individually, and teams submitted rosters using their identification numbers.[1]

Five-player competition
The five-player competition concluded on 19 June. The following totals are final-round points.[1][2]
